Please be aware that Skomer Studio doesn't accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing. If you order a ring in the incorrect size we offer resizing for a £50 fee. The resizing takes 4-6 weeks from the date we receive your ring. To order a resize please get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line 'resize'.
How long will it take for my items to be ready to ship?
Each item takes a different amount of time to make and therefore the shipping time depends on which product you have ordered. If you have ordered multiple items, please refer to the product with the longest lead time as all items will be sent out together once the whole order is ready to be shipped. What if I need my order to arrive sooner?
As all of the items are handmade to order, we do ask customers to be mindful of this when ordering and to plan ahead and order early. However if you do need an order you have placed to arrive sooner or you have a deadline to make, please do get in touch and we will do our very best to fast track your order and ship it out within a shorter timeframe.
Does Skomer Studio create custom pieces?
Skomer Studio does create custom pieces for customers, so please feel free to reach out regarding wedding rings, engagement rings or any other bespoke jewellery ideas. Skomer Studio is able to create new designs from existing pieces of jewellery as well as incorporating pre-existing gemstones.
What payment methods do you accept?
Skomer Studio accepts most major credit or debit cards, these include - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Amex. We can also accept payment via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?
All customers are able to cancel their orders within three days of placing them and are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
What is the return policy?
Skomer Studio allows returns to be made, as long as we are notified within 14 days of a customer receiving their order.
Custom and bespoke orders are not eligible for returns and are final sales.
Both UK and International returns are allowed, but all fees incurred and the secure return of the item to Skomer Studio are the customer’s responsibility.
Can Skomer Studio repair items I have bought previously?
At Skomer Studio our purpose is to make jewellery that is worn and loved forever, therefore no matter how long ago you purchased an item from us you are able to send an item back to be repaired for a small fee. From mending broken chain links in bracelets to cleaning and polishing a piece of jewellery that might loose its shine over the years, please do get in contact with us at email@example.com for this service.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Skomer Studio uses DPD to ship within the UK and internationally. UK Orders take approximate 1-2 days to be delivered from the time of receiving a shipping confirmation email and for international orders delivery takes between 1-2 weeks.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address for my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible providing us with the correct shipping address. As all orders are made to order and take at least one week to be sent out for delivery there is plenty of time within the fulfilment stage to ensure we have your correct address.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once an order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number included which you can then use to track your order.
