Studio Reference Series: Landscapes

Land as far as the eye can see, with rolling hills, hidden valleys and bodies of water. Whether it be shapes created naturally or a man made structure that highlights the beauty that is already there, the natural landscape with its ever changing form has long been an inspiration for some and a starting point for ideas for others. Since the 15th century when landscape art became a recognised genre of art, the landscape has continued to hold an important place within the creative space.
